Virtual Christmas Tree Festival
Christmas is at home this year, so join us for the first ever Forest of Dean Virtual Christmas Tree Festival - from the comfort of your own living room. If your tree looks amazing you can even win a prize!- How to enter:
- Tag your tree on Instagram or Facebook with #foresttreefest (posts on other social media platforms will not be counted)
- Pictures of trees only please, no people or animals.
- The one with the most likes wins a voucher for an online experience of your choice: The voucher will be presented to you on the 2nd January, and we’ll take a photo of you next to your winning tree.

Zoom with Santa
Join in with other primary school children on a Zoom call with Santa, where he will chat with the kids, tell a story and help you to build a Christingle.- The first 50 children that sign up will get a bag containing free books, activity sheets, sweets and items to make the Christingle.
- Anyone outside the Forest of Dean area or not in the first 50 sign-ups will receive digital copies of some of the activities, and a list of stuff you need in order to make the Christingle.
Please note: Registration must be completed by Wednesday the 16th of December to give us time to distribute the activity bags before the event. This is a group event so you will be on a Zoom call with other families. However it will not be recorded or broadcast outside of the group. By signing up you agree to this.

- An all-age service, get your kids to bring their favourite Christmas present to show the church!

Midnight Mass

Discover the Story of Christmas- Check out the map and go on on an exciting journey to discover what happened on the first Christmas. There are 8 characters to find. At each point on the journey, your task is to look for the Nativity Star Trail Sign and a picture of the Nativity Character for that place on the map. At each place, see if you can spot that character, or find out more about them.

Christmas Eve Carols
Thursday 24th December 6:30pm- Mount of Olives Church, Coleford
- A candlelight event to usher in Christmas, with carols performed by the Mount of Olives Worship Team
- This year the carols will be performance only, as singing is not allowed.
